16 Steps of Strategic Planning
Strategic Planning needs to be a process if you wish to maximize your return on your investment of resources (time and money) dedicated to planning. How the Program Works
The concept is simple, of course! Once you agree to participate in a Practice Growth Program, you become involved in a process that incorporates all the key success elements.
The process is a monthly rolling commitment with a minimum notice period required. Our standard is six months, as this offers a level of commitment from both you to the practice and the practice to the process.
We structure a package to suit the following:
- What your practice can afford
- What your practice wants and needs
Typically a Complete Practice Growth Program is made up of:
- A strategic planning session
- Quarterly review meetings
- A Strategic Planning Forward Plus session on the first anniversary
- Ongoing telephone support
When we have agreed to the structure of your program, we present you with a program roadmap that lists dates for all future meetings and support calls complete with agendas for each meeting or call.
